Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Clarity Stream, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Clarity Stream on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Service
Clarity Stream provides a multi-tenant operational intelligence and telemetry platform, including connectors to third-party data sources you control.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
- You must not share accounts or circumvent authentication mechanisms.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal content or activity.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the service.
- No transmission of malware or denial-of-service attempts.
- Comply with all applicable export controls and sanctions.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. Our processing obligations are governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are described in your order or pricing page. Non-payment may result in suspension.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination we will make customer data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.
